Who we are: Neurotrybe is an educational coaching practice based in the United States. We offer The Bandwidth Lab, an 8-week educational program for neurodivergent adults. You can reach us at coach@neurotrybe.com.

What information we collect: When you enroll in or inquire about our programs, we may collect your name and email address, payment information (processed securely through Stripe), information you share in your intake form or async channel, and basic usage data from our website.

How we use your information: We use your information to process your enrollment and deliver the program, send you program materials and communications, respond to your messages, and improve our offerings. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the program (Stripe for payment, Systeme.io for email delivery).

Email communications: By enrolling, you agree to receive program-related emails from Neurotrybe. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Data storage and security: Your data is stored securely through Systeme.io. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
