Terms & Conditions — Neurotrybe | The Bandwidth Lab | Last updated: July 2026
1. What you're enrolling in
The Bandwidth Lab is an 8-week educational program offered by Neurotrybe. It is designed to help adults self-discover how they operate so they can build systems and structures that work for them. It is an educational program — not therapy, not clinical treatment, and not a substitute for professional mental health care.
2. Payment
Enrollment is $497, paid in full at the time of enrollment. This is a one-time payment with no recurring charges unless you separately enroll in ongoing support options.
3. Refund policy
All sales are final. Because program access — including the community, weekly materials, and async support channel — is granted immediately upon enrollment, we are unable to offer refunds. We encourage you to review the program description carefully before enrolling. Questions about fit? Email coach@neurotrybe.com before purchasing.
4. Founding member access
Participants who enroll during the founding cohort period receive lifetime access to the Bandwidth Lab community. As the program grows, founding members will have access to the community and its contents at no additional charge.
5. What's included
Your enrollment includes: one initial orientation session with Ana (50 minutes), private async feedback channel (Monday–Thursday response), weekly educational modules, weekly check-in prompts, weekly group body doubling sessions, access to the Bandwidth Lab community, and a personalized learning map after your initial session.
6. Scheduling, cancellation, and participation
Program timeline: The 8-week program clock starts from the date of your initial session, not your enrollment date. Weekly content, async channel access, body doubling sessions, and community access begin at enrollment.
Intake form: You must complete your intake form at least 3 business days before your scheduled initial session. If the intake form is not submitted 3 business days before your session, your session will need to be rescheduled. The intake form is the foundation of your personalized learning map — without it, we cannot deliver individualized support.
Cancellation and rescheduling: You must cancel or reschedule your initial session at least 3 business days in advance. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 3 business days notice result in a forfeited session. To rebook a forfeited session, a separate $200 rebooking fee applies.
Personalized vs. standard track: Completion of the intake form and initial session enables a fully personalized program experience. Participants who do not complete these steps will receive the standard program track. No extensions, refunds, or additional support hours will be provided to compensate for incomplete onboarding steps.
Async channel: Support is available Monday through Thursday. We aim to respond within one business day.
Body doubling sessions: Optional and open drop-in. No performance or participation requirement.
7. Scope of the program
The Bandwidth Lab is not a mental health program. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical support of any kind. If you are in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or visit findahelpline.com.
8. Your responsibility
You agree to engage with this as an educational offering. Outcomes depend on your own participation and application. Neurotrybe does not guarantee specific results.
9. Intellectual property
All program materials are the intellectual property of Neurotrybe. You may use them for personal development only. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
