Program Agreement — Neurotrybe | The Bandwidth Lab

This agreement is between you and Neurotrybe. It's written in plain language because you deserve to know exactly what you're agreeing to.

What this program is
The Bandwidth Lab is an 8-week educational program designed to help you understand how you operate — where your energy goes, what makes tasks harder than they should be, and how to build structures that fit how your brain works.

This is education. It is not therapy, not clinical support, and not a substitute for mental health treatment.

What you can expect from us
-An initial orientation session with your coach (50 minutes).

-A private async feedback channel with responses Monday through Thursday.

-Weekly educational modules and check-in prompts delivered to your inbox.

-Weekly group body doubling sessions — open, optional, no performance required.

-A personalized learning map after your initial session.

-Access to the Bandwidth Lab community.

-Genuine care about your experience and your growth.

What we need from you
-Engage with this as an educational process, not a quick fix.

-Book your initial session using the scheduling link we send you.

-Complete your intake form at least 3 business days before your initial session

-Cancel or reschedule at least 3 business days in advance — sessions cancelled with less than 3 business days notice are forfeited; rebooking requires a $200 fee

-Reach out if something isn't working — we'd rather adjust than have you disengage.

How your 8 weeks works

-Your program clock starts from the date of your initial session.

-Weekly content, async channel, body doubling, and community access begin at enrollment.

-The intake form and initial session are the foundation of your personalized learning map — without both, we deliver the standard program track rather than an individualized one.

-No extensions or refunds are available for incomplete onboarding steps.

What this program is not
-This program does not provide mental health diagnosis or treatment, therapy or counseling, crisis support or emergency response, or clinical assessment of any kind.

Payment and refunds
-The Bandwidth Lab is $497, paid in full.

-All sales are final. Because access to all program resources is granted immediately upon enrollment, we are not able to offer refunds. Questions before enrolling? Email coach@neurotrybe.com.

Founding member status
-You are enrolling as a founding member of the Bandwidth Lab. You have lifetime access to the Bandwidth Lab community — including everything we add as the program grows.

-You're not just buying 8 weeks. You're getting in at the beginning of something.

A note on fit
-This program works best for adults who are generally stable and not currently in crisis. If you're unsure whether this is right for you right now, email us before enrolling.

-We'd rather have an honest conversation than have you in a program that isn't the right fit at this moment.

By enrolling in The Bandwidth Lab, you confirm you have read and understood this agreement.
